Switch

Back in 2018, I had the pleasure of participating in the renewal of my then workplace’s intranet column page. From brain-storming and concept-building sessions to designing the interface, it has been a great experience and a whole deal of fun to work as a team towards a common goal.
The main purpose of Switch was to become the metaphorical switch in raising the company morale and unifying the wide range of different departments. This was achieved by curating competitions and awards, interviewing employees and upper management, extensive yet laid-back employee profiles, the ability to freely post articles and much more. User-friendly interface, color-coded and well-categorized information and the ability to freely react and interact with posts has transformed how the employees view and use their workplace’s intranet.
