Dekitate

Dekitate is a take-out service aiming to make making healthy decisions easier for each and every single one of us. Eating a balanced diet should not be as hard as it has become in recent years with the invasion of fast food, ready-made meals and the ever-accelerating speed of living. Acting as a friendly reminder that putting trust into professional chefs around you and getting a healthy take-out meal to reinvigorate you throughout the day or finishing off a long workday with a tasty nutritional snack does not constitute as “slacking-off.” Quite the contrary, it provides one more stress-free alternative to healthy eating in your busy day-to-day lives.
On top of that, take-out reaches even the places that a delivery service could never. From office buildings to events and picnics in the middle of nowhere, you and your beloved ones, slowing down to enjoy great food and even better company. All of this with a few clicks, while also supporting your friendly local restaurateurs!

This has been an incredibly rewarding project to take part in as I participated in all of its stages as the only visual designer. From client meetings, concept discussions, logo and web design all the way up to around 99% of the front-end development and extensive polishing, all the while overlooking the work of a fellow junior web developer.
